Courtney Hye is responsible for developing and driving strategic marketing direction in her role as the lead marketing executive at ASAP. As vice president of marketing, Courtney provides leadership around corporate messaging and positioning, branding, marketing mix, and public relations. This marketing focus includes the creation of comprehensive, integrated marketing programs that generate quality leads to build ASAP’s pipeline, grow sales and increase ROI.
She comes to ASAP with 15 years in business-to-business marketing with a focus on technology, having joined ASAP in the spring of 2006. Courtney brings extensive management and leadership experience with responsibility and accountability to drive revenue and improve profitability.
Prior to joining ASAP, Courtney spent almost nine years in progressively more responsible leadership positions with SPSS, Inc. As the Director, North American Field Marketing, she identified new market opportunities, developed the marketing strategy to capitalize on those opportunities, and aligned a cross-functional team to execute on that strategy and deliver results.
Before joining SPSS, Courtney was a product manager for Baxter Healthcare, where she managed positioning, pricing, communications, and sales training, driving sales growth for several key product lines.
Courtney earned her MBA in marketing from the University of Chicago. She received her BS in Business at Miami University in Oxford, OH, concentrating in operations management and statistics, and was named a National Merit Scholar. She achieved Dean’s List honors for both her undergraduate and graduate studies
