Courtney is an associate at Bromberg & Sunstein and practices both complex litigation and trademark prosecution. Courtney is particularly interested in assisting clients in identifying the fundamental assets of the client’s business and the related intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights, and employing strategies to protect and leverage the client’s intellectual property assets. Experience Courtney represents clients in a variety of intellectual property litigation matters including patent infringement, trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, false advertising, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. Courtney’s litigation experience extends from early stage litigation strategy and assessment and discovery management to the appellate process. In addition to her litigation practice, Courtney develops and manages client trademark portfolios and prosecutes and enforces trademark applications and registrations world wide.
