Practice Focus
Courtney joined the firm in 2005. Since then, she has assisted clients in a variety of matters, working with individuals and companies of all sizes. In particular, she has provided legal assistance in matters concerning allegations of non-competition and confidentiality agreement violations, real estate disputes, personal injury cases and claims of employment discrimination. Her practice focus also concentrates on environmental litigation.

Honors
While at Cornell, Courtney was elected an Officer of the Cornell Legal Aid Clinic, where she represented clients in New York state courts. She was awarded a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in 2004, and was the Supervisory Editor for the Cornell International Law Journal. Courtney was also chosen as a teaching assistant for an undergraduate course on law as well as the law school’s first-year research and writing course.
Memberships and Admissions
Courtney is admitted to practice in the New Hampshire state courts, the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire and in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association.
Community Involvement
Courtney is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for the New Hampshire Children's Trust Fund. |
