Courtney is the Regional Practice Manager for Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Associate Practice Group in the Western region. Courtney’s primary focus is associate placement and career development. She has successfully placed attorneys at top-tier international, national, regional and boutique law firms as well as corporations. Courtney received her B.S. in communications and marketing from Cornell University in 1995, and her J.D. from University at Buffalo School of Law in 2000. Courtney was member of the University at Buffalo School of Law’s Moot Court Board and received the Robert J. Connelly Award for Excellence in Trial Technique. Courtney began her legal career in New York as an associate at Relin, Goldstein & Crane concentrating her practice in the areas of commercial and retail collections, foreclosures, REO, business bankruptcy and commercial litigation.
Courtney is an active member of the Cornell Club of Los Angeles and she and her husband, Jay, are members of STOP Cancer. She enjoys traveling, skiing, and playing golf and tennis. |
