Courtland D. Willams, Executive Vice President, started with Elliot Associates Inc. in 1990 and has over 14 years of senior-level executive search experience. Prior to joining Elliot Associates Inc. Court had nine years experience in restaurant operations and three years experience as a Director of Human Resources with a national restaurant company. Court has been involved with Cornell University’s Graduate School Assessment Center for the School of Hotel Administration, which has included being a panel speaker. Court is also the Alumni Ambassador for Fairfield County for Cornell University. Court is active in coaching youth lacrosse. Court has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
