Coty R. Miller grew up in Orlando, Florida. In 2002, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with honors, from the University of Florida. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2005. During law school, Ms. Miller was a section editor for the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law. She also served as a student attorney for the Georgetown Domestic Violence Clinic.
Prior to joining Coughlin Stoia in 2007, Ms. Miller was an associate at Dickstein Shapiro LLP in Washington, DC, focusing on antitrust litigation and complex dispute resolution.
Ms. Miller is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Ms. Miller's admission to the California Bar is currently pending. Her practice focuses on class action insurance, consumer fraud, and antitrust litigation.
