Mr. Kent is the longest serving PhotoChannel Board member. Mr. Kent is a securities lawyer for the firm of Lang Michener located in Vancouver BC. His prime focus is as a member of the firm’s Corporate Finance and Securities Law Group. Before Lang Michener Mr. Kent practiced with the firm of Anfield Sujir Kennedy and Durno specialists in the fields of corporate finance and securities law. Called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1996 Mr. Kent earned his LL.B. at the University of British Columbia in 1995. He completed his B.A. at Carleton University in 1990. Mr. Kent is currently enrolled in part-time LL.M through Osgoode Hall Law School of York University and also is an Officer in the Canadian Naval Reserve. |
