A former officer of the Italian Tax Enforcement Agency (Guardia di Finanza), Mr. Manuali focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, commercial real estate and general corporate law. He mainly advises international clients that have, or plan to establish a business in the United States. He counsels clients on their overall approach to the United States market, organizes United States entities, negotiates corporate and commercial transactions and assists clients with litigation matters. Mr. Manuali also counsels U.S. clients that want to do business with and in Italy.
Mr. Manuali is fluent in Italian and has a conversational knowledge of French. He is a member of The New York City Bar.
