Cornelius B. Prior, Jr. has been Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of ATN (which he co-founded in 1987) since December 30, 1997. From 1980 until June, 1987, Mr. Prior was a Managing Director and stockholder of Kidder, Peabody & Company Incorporated, where he directed the Telecommunications Finance Group. A former Naval Officer and Fulbright scholar, Mr. Prior started his career as an attorney with Sullivan & Cromwell in New York. A former Trustee of Holy Cross College and member of the Visiting Committee to the Harvard Law School, he is also currently an ex-oficio member of the board of CANTO, the Caribbean Association of National Telecommunication Organizations, having served as Chairman for two terms.
