Corinne Lawson joined the firm as a corporate paralegal in July of 2005, bringing with her eight years of experience in corporate law. Her responsibilities include assisting with mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, SEC regulatory compliance work, and general corporate matters including entity formation, qualifications, maintenance of corporate records and company research. Corinne was born and raised in Germany and received her J.D. in German law from the Georg August Universität in Göttingen, Lower Saxony. Her elective subjects were corporate law and law of the European Union. Subsequently, she came to the United States and worked as an intern, law clerk and paralegal for a local corporate law firm.
