Corey Coscioni is a member of the management team of West Monroe Partners, where he is responsible for the company’s technology product strategy. He has nearly 20 years of information technology leadership experience in a variety of industries.

At West Monroe Partners, Corey leads the company’s efforts to develop and package innovative technology product offerings to fill market niches products such as the CRM ClearSight executive dashboard, the FLEXdls labor management system and ECRT Effort Certification system for research institutions. He directs development teams in product design, creating product features and functions that fulfill key client and market needs. He also is responsible for product business plans, working with internal marketing teams as well as developing and executing product sales strategies.
Corey’s experience spans all facets of information technology, including IT strategy, system analysis, design, development, and project management. He has implemented information systems in a variety of environments, including e-Commerce, client/server, and mainframe/midrange computer environments. As a project leader, he has demonstrated significant expertise in the areas of vendor analysis and selection, contract and pricing negotiations, project planning and financing, client relationship management, and team management.
He has worked with organizations in a range of industries, including commercial printing, financial services, manufacturing, retail, transportation, shipping, institutional education, and real estate.
Before joining West Monroe Partners, Corey served as director of application development for Rapid Solutions Group, a marketing support services and commercial printing company. In this role, he led four development teams and transformed the IT Development Business Unit into a positive profit/loss entity by improving processes and project management. Corey also was vice president of software services for ABN/AMRO’s professional brokerage group; project manager and enterprise architect for Divine/marchFIRST, an IT consulting firm; senior manager of Internet development for Peapod, an internationally known e-Commerce grocery shopping and delivery service; and a programmer and manager for MPCT Solutions, a provider of banking software solutions.
Corey is a member of C-SPIN, the Chicago Software Process Improvement Network. His work for Peapod earned several awards, including a Gomez.com award for Internet usability and a company Founder’s Award for product design and delivery.
Corey has a degree in math and computer science from the University of Colorado. He is the board president of the Chicagoland Bicycle Federation, a bicycle, pedestrian, and public transit advocacy group with a staff of 40. |
