Corey N. Conn. Mr. Conn was appointed by the Board of Directors to serve as Chief Financial Officer in 2005. Mr. Conn also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Imagin Molecular Corporation, a publicly-owned Delaware corporation, and affiliate of the Registrant. Mr. Conn was Vice President of Business Development at iXL, an e-business and e-transformations services provider from 1995 - 1999 and also served as Managing Director of Virtual Partnerships, LLC, a business development and business strategy consulting firm from 1999 - 2004.
