Mr. Stern practices in the Firm's securities litigation and regulatory practice group. He concentrates his practice in securities-related arbitrations, mediation, regulation and commercial litigation. He has appeared on behalf of corporate clients, including full-service broker-dealers and clearing firms, in federal and state courts and in arbitrations before various self-regulatory organizations. He has also represented individual registered representatives before arbitration panels and in court in connection with expungement proceedings. Mr. Stern has participated in a multibillion dollar arbitration involving the telecommunications industry and has experience with environmental insurance coverage litigation. |
