Over 18 years of private equity and investment banking experience, seven years of executive and operations experience. Transaction experience in the following industries: education/career colleges, propane distribution, building and construction products, specialty chemicals, food processing, telecommunications, plastic injection molding, financial services, warehousing/logistics, software, and manufacturing process control technology. Mr. Jordan has served as a Director and variously, Chairman of the Audit Committee or the Compensation Committee of many public and private companies, including Sylvan Learning Centers, Inc.(FINRA: SLVN), Propane Continental, Inc., Atlantic Premium Brands, Ltd.(FINRA: ABR), Tom's Foods, Inc., NutriSystem®, Inc., Truswal Systems, Inc., Durowal, Inc. and Smart Warehousing, LLC.
