Constantine N. Papadakis, has been a director of Amkor since August 2005. Dr. Papadakis is President of Drexel University, a position he has held since 1995. From 1986 to 1995, Dr. Papadakis was Dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Cincinnati, and from 1984 to 1986 he was Professor and Head of the Civil Engineering Department of Colorado State University. Prior to returning to academia, Dr. Papadakis served as Vice President of Tetra Tech Inc., a Honeywell subsidiary, as Vice President of STS Consultants, Ltd., and at several engineering positions with Bechtel Power Corporation. He presently serves on the board of directors of Aqua America, CDI Corp, Mace Security International, Inc., Met-Pro Corporation, the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Sovereign Bank, Inc., and various charitable and civic organizations. |
