Conrad Lee recruits for chief executive, board member and senior-level management search assignments. Conrad is an advisor and consultant to his corporate clients in assisting them with their recruitment of senior executive talent; developing executive compensation strategies, organizational and corporate development. His global search practice has led him to complete searches for his clients around the world with top talent. His experience and approach with his multinational clients is that of a team builder. He has built and recruited teams for his clients on a global and pan regional basis. Conrad founded The Conrad Lee Company in Boca Raton, Florida in 1991. He established the firm to provide executive search services to multinational companies. In December 1998, Conrad concluded the acquisition and merger of his firm with the newly founded EPS Solutions Corporation, which was spun off from Deloitte & Touché. He reestablished the firm in 2001 after holding key leadership positions with other retained executive search firms. Conrad graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1979. He was born in Cuba and raised in Boston. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Conrad and his wife Ginny, live in Parkland, Florida with their three daughters.
