In addition to working with NewGen, Mr. Lee runs a retained executive search firm based in Florida. CXO Executive Search concentrates on leadership and succession needs for major global corporations. Mr. Lee is an advisor and consultant to his corporate clients assisting them with their recruitment of senior executive talent, developing compensation strategies, team building and corporate development. Mr. Lee also founded Norman Broadbent Americas, with the backing of the parent company BNB Resources, a listed company in the U.K. with over one quarter of a billion dollars in revenue. He was also a Partner in Korn/Ferry International where he led the growth and development of the Media and Advanced Technology practices in Florida and Latin America. Mr. Lee was also a Founder and Board member of JobPlex.com Inc., an Internet based, recruitment outsourcing firm that combines executive search expertise with the virtually unlimited reach of the Internet. Mr Lee has also held several executive human resource positions with Honeywell Inc., Teradyne, Inc., and Xerox Corporation. Mr. Lee was born in Cuba, raised in Boston and is fluent in both Spanish and English. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. |
