Conrad serves as the Director of Software Development for eLeaderTech and its sister company IBG, Inc.. In this position he will coordinate the continuing development of the cutting-edge software products that have led to the success of our Company. He works with our development teams to produce and refine our major products, ETS (Executing the Standards), and Express Menu with Express Coach. Conrad leads our efforts to create employee performance management software that helps employees gain the discipline to get things done.
Conrad has an extensive background in information systems. Throughout his career he has functioned in most project roles from student to teacher, team member to project manager and has had involvement from systems maintenance to systems architect. He has the impressive ability to analyze and solve complex problems through organization, creativity, and scientific methods with a passion for efficiency.
