Mr. Moore practices general business litigation in both state and federal court and has represented clients in a wide range of matters involving complex contract and business disputes, including litigation in areas such as antitrust, reinsurance coverage, securities class actions and related internal investigations, breach of contract, and real estate. Professional Activities Mr. Moore is a member of the State Bar of California and the Bar Association of San Francisco. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Moore was an associate in the litigation department of O'Melveny & Myers LLP. Education - Mr. Moore graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with honors in 2000 where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He earned his law degree from the UCLA School of Law in 2003, where he graduated Order of the Coif. At UCLA, Mr. Moore served as an editor of the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. After law school, Mr. Moore moved to England and graduated from the University of Oxford with a Masters of Science degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. |
