Connie Mack age 66 is a member of the Audit and Governance and Compensation Committees of the Board of Directors. Senator Mack has served as a senior policy advisor at the law firm King & Spalding LLP since February 2005 and served as a senior policy advisor at the law firm Shaw Pittman LLP from February 2001 to February 2005. He was a United States Senator (R-FL) from 1989 to January 2001. While in the Senate Senator Mack was the Republican Conference Chairman from 1997 to 2001 Chairman of the Joint Economic Committee from 1995 to 1997 and 1999 to 2001 and a member of the Senate Finance and Senate Banking Housing and Urban Affairs committees. Senator Mack was Chairman of the President’s Advisory Panel on Federal Tax Reform and is also a director of Darden Restaurants EXACT Sciences Corporation Genzyme Corporation Spirit Aerosystems Mutual of America Life Insurance Company and the H.
