Presented TMS as engineering focal point in all customer and supplier technical meetings, negotiations, and management and design reviews. Led technical and business development of interface between NT based paratransit scheduling system and Unix/Oracle based TMS SmartTrack Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), allowing manifest to be communicated over the RF radio system to individual fleet vehicles, then displayed and automatically updated on fleet drivers' in-vehicle terminals. General Dynamics, Fort Worth, TX - 1986 to 1991 Sr. Engineer, A-12 Electronic Warfare Systems (1990-91) Lead engineer for New Business Proposals. Coordinated technical proposal efforts of three teamed companies to define aircraft sensor and voice/data integration requirements. Led management review team which identified and implemented cost reductions for the A-12 Infrared Missile Warning System. Performed analyses of the A-12 Electronic Surveillance Measures Set.
