A member of E*TRADE FINANCIAL's management team since the Company's inception, Connie Dotson serves as Chief Communications Officer. Ms. Dotson, an experienced leader in communications, customer service, operations and finance, oversees E*TRADE FINANCIAL's global communications initiatives. Ms. Dotson is responsible for ensuring consistent internal and external communication regarding the Company's value proposition, as well as its integrated trading, investing, banking and lending solutions.
Ms. Dotson joined the Company in 1996 as Customer Service Manager. She was named Vice President of Customer Service in 1997, Chief Global Service Quality Officer in 1998 and Chief Communications Officer in 2002. Prior to joining E*TRADE FINANCIAL, Ms. Dotson was employed with U.S. Computer Services as Senior Vice President, North American Operations, responsible for planning, organization, and control of all CableData operations and support. |
