Connie Garrett comes to Volcano with over 25 years of Human Resources experience in the medical device industry. Most recently, Connie was providing Human Resources consulting services to small to medium size organizations primarily in the area of organizational development. From 1999 to 2004, Connie served as the Vice President, Global Human Resources for ResMed, Inc. From 1989 to 1999, she served as Director of Human Resources for the Hospital Division of Nellcor Puritan Bennett. Prior experience includes Human Resources roles at Gen-Probe and IVAC Corporation. Connie holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR), is a member of the American Compensation Association and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and trained by Development Dimensions, Inc (DDI) in Job Analysis, Targeted Selection, and Interaction Management Leadership Development Programs. |
