Connie is a director and principal in the firm of AdamsGardner Executive Search. Specializing in accounting, engineering, financial services and high tech. Connie’s work addresses empowering employees and employers to connect in the workplace. Prior to the formation of AdamsGardner, Connie was employed with local and national direct-hire executive placement firms. Previous to her search career she was Director of Employment and Training for the second largest cafeteria chain in the nation. She subsequently was Director of an Employee Assistance Program that covered 10,000 lives. Connie’s training includes certification by the National Association of Personnel Consultants and she holds licenses of a Certified Personnel Consultant and Certified Mediator. Connie has a BS degree in Human Studies from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas, an M.Ed.in Psychology from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, and has completed several hours of doctoral work at The University of Colorado in Denver and The University of Houston. |
