Mr. Deady has been Corporate Vice President and General Counsel of the Company since August 1999, and has been leading the Company’s business development activities since April 2005. Mr. Deady was Deputy General Counsel of the Company from June 1997. Before joining the Company in June 1997, Mr. Deady was Deputy General Counsel of Thermo Electron Corporation (now Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc.), a manufacturer of technology-based instruments. Mr. Deady was previously affiliated with Hale and Dorr, a Boston law firm.
Mr. Deady earned a bachelor's degree in English from Amherst College and a law degree from the University of Virginia. |
