Colleen Hulce serves as Executive Vice President in the firm’s Los Angeles office. She is also the Global Leader of DHR’s Chief Financial Officer Practice. Prior to joining DHR International, she was the Owner and Founder of Colleen Hulce/Executive Search, Inc. which was acquired by DHR International. With over 25 years of executive search experience, Ms. Hulce commenced the business operations of Colleen Hulce/Executive Search Inc. in the fall of 2003. From 1988 until 2003, she was with the headquarters office of Korn/Ferry International in Los Angeles as a Managing Director, where she was recognized as the most productive partner in southern California. More importantly, she had one of the highest placement records and the most repeat business from clients on a global basis. Her functional specialty was, and continues to be, CFO's and their direct reports. During her tenure with Korn/Ferry, Ms. Hulce completed numerous searches in other functions, including CEO's, CIO's, CMO's, Heads of Human Resources and Board of Director searches. Following college graduation with a degree in accounting, Ms. Hulce joined what was then the "Big Eight" and was an auditor for a year. She then began her career in search, first with her own firm and a few years later joining Russell Reynolds Associates. Recruited by a client to RRA, Ms. Hulce spent five years with them in Chicago and Los Angeles prior to joining Korn/Ferry.
