Colleen was born and raised in Maryland, where she graduated from Eleanor Roosevelt High School. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with high honors from the University of South Florida. Colleen earned her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
During law school, Colleen worked as a certified legal intern with the State Attorney's office for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. After gaining several years of experience in construction, commercial and securities litigation, Colleen joined GrayRobinson in 2003. Colleen practices property rights litigation with a focus on eminent domain litigation, land use and local government law.
