Colleen A. Zuhl assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer in August 2006 and had previously served as Vice President and the Company's Controller since joining the Company in April 2004. In December 2005, Mrs. Zuhl also assumed the duties of Chief Accounting Officer for the Company. From 1988 to 2004, Mrs. Zuhl was employed by Ernst & Young, LLC, most recently as a Senior Audit Manager. Mrs. Zuhl earned a B.S. degree from Hillsdale College. |
