Colin Robertson was named Executive Vice President, Operations on January 5, 2006. At that time, Mr. Robertson had been serving as President, Terex Construction since September 11, 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Robertson had been serving as President of Terex Europe since May 1, 2001. Mr. Robertson previously held the position of Managing Director for both the Construction and Powerscreen groups of the Company since July 2000 and before that was Managing Director for the Construction group from September 1998. Prior to that, he was the General Manager of the Company’s crane operations in Waverly, Iowa, in 1998 and of the Company’s Terex Equipment Limited operation in 1996 and 1997. Before joining the Company in October 1994, Mr. Robertson spent 12 years in positions of increasing responsibility with J.I. Case Co. and Cummins Engine Company. Mr. Robertson will be resigning as an officer of the Company effective April 5, 2007.
