Colin Day founded iCIMS.com in 1999 and is the company's President and CEO. Prior to founding iCIMS, Colin worked at Comrise Technology in sales and new business development, where he was responsible for opening and growing branch offices. Previous to this, Colin spent three years in recruiting and staffing. Colin writes frequently for HR Industry publications, served as a keynote speaker in ReedLogic's The HR Software Leadership Conference 2005, and has received Human Capital magazine's HR Future Leaders Award twice. For the past two consecutive years, Colin was rated one of the top 5 forward-thinking innovators in Fast Company magazine's Fast 50 Readers Challenge. In 2007, Colin was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in the Information Technology Software category. Colin graduated from Cornell University with a degree in psychology. |
