Colin Cohen was elevated to Senior Vice President in December 2004 after being appointed the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Aviall Inc, in October 2002, joining from Alterna Technologies Inc. where he had been Chief Financial Officer and responsible for its new capital initiatives since 2001. Previously, Mr. Cohen was Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of OneSoft Corporation. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Cohen served as Senior Vice-President, Corporate Development and CFO with The Fairchild Corporation. From 1976 to 1996, Mr. Cohen served in several capacities with Citicorp entities, most recently as Managing Director, Region Head with Citicorp Securities, Inc. Mr. Cohen holds a MA in Law and Economics and a BA from Cambridge University in England. |
