Mr. Barton brings a wealth of firsthand knowledge to the table with over 20 years of Interior Fit Out experience.
Mr. Barton, with his strong Structural Engineering background, excels at aiding and assisting the Engineers in resolving any MEP issues that may arise throughout the project. Colin had spent the last twenty years managing projects for both Lehr and JT Magen Construction, two of New York's largest Interior Contracting Firms. Colin's expertise lies in the areas of value engineering and cost saving without the risk of sacrificing either the schedule, or more importantly, the quality of the finished product. Mr. Barton's reputation as being "fair, yet firm" precedes him. He has successfully built out a multitude of projects while maintaining both professional and friendly relationships with the entire project team.
