Colin V. Reed is the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Gaylord Entertainment Company, Nashville, Tennessee, a diversified hospitality and entertainment company. Mr. Reed was elected Chairman of the Board in May 2005 and Chief Executive Officer in May 2001. Prior to May 2001, he was Chief Financial Officer and a member of the three-executive Office of the President for Harrah's Entertainment, Inc.
