Colette McLoughlin is a veteran lending and compliance professional. As Vice President/SBA Loan Officer, her responsibilities include generating and servicing all types of SBA, commercial and real estate loans to affect growth and customer service objectives for Security Business Bank. She was part of the team that attained SBA Preferred Lender status for the bank and continues to grow its SBA loan portfolio.
McLoughlin gained invaluable community banking experience in her previous positions at Cuyamaca Bank and Neighborhood National Bank. During more than 20 years with Peninsula Bank of San Diego, she rose to the position of Assistant Vice President/Real Estate Loan Officer and excelled in her ability to surpass annual loan origination goals.
Her industry and community involvement extends to Loan Committee member for California Southern Small Business CDC, Lenders CRA, the Ocean Beach Community Development Corporation, Bankers Small Business CDC and San Diego Home Loan Counseling Services.
McLoughlin earned certified bank compliance officer status with the Bank Administration Institution and American Bankers Association. She also completed a two-year program at the University of Oklahoma?s National Graduate Compliance School. |
