Colette Koby is a Member in the Labor and Employment Group at Miller & Martin. Ms. Koby's practice focuses on defending employers and their staff in state and federal court actions concerning discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and wrongful termination claims. She has also conducted numerous investigations concerning employee complaints of harassment and discrimination. Ms. Koby has drafted personnel policies and procedures for various private entities and public institutions. Ms. Koby provides regular counseling and training on various employment matters including terminations, EEO policies and procedures, wage and hour laws, accommodation of disabilities, and employment contracts. Ms. Koby's previous experience includes working as a criminal defense lawyer which has afforded her the opportunity to successfully try cases before juries and judges.
