Coleman Peterson was appointed to the Board of Directors at a regular Board meeting on November 10 2005. Mr. Peterson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Hollis Enterprises LLC a human resources consulting firm which he founded in 1994 following his retirement from Wal-Mart Stores Incorporated. Mr. Peterson served as the Executive Vice-President of People at Wal-Mart Stores Inc. from 1994 to 2004. Prior to joining Wal-Mart in 1994 Mr. Peterson spent 16 years with Venture Stores of St. Louis with his last role being the Senior Vice-President of Human Resources. Mr. Peterson holds an undergraduate degree in English literature and a master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University of Chicago. Mr. Peterson serves on the Board of Directors of J.B. Hunt Transportation Inc. and The Service Master Company. He serves on the Executive Committee of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and is the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Northwest Arkansas Community College. Mr. Peterson resides in Rogers Arkansas with his wife. They have two children Rana and Collin. |
