Cody Roskelley serves as an associate of development within our real estate team. His responsibilities include financial analysis, project due diligence, and project management.
Prior to joining AmREIT, Mr. Roskelley gained experience in real estate while working at First American Title. At First American title, he consulted with clients about how to make financial gains from investing in distressed properties. He also advised real estate developers on investment opportunities and solved land disputes. Additionally, he taught employees of Mortgage Companies and Banks how to effectively market their mortgage loans to the general public.
Mr. Roskelley received a Masters of Business Administration from the Jones School of Management at Rice University. He obtained his bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance & Real Estate from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. While studying for his bachelor’s degree, Mr. Roskelley served as a Student Ambassador and as the President of the Student Service Organization. Additionally, Mr. Roskelley is a licensed real estate salesperson and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
