Cobber Eccles is a founding partner, responsible for construction at Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, Inc (SBER). From 1974-1985, Cobber acted as direct project manager on virtually all SBER projects, in addition to handling general management responsibilities. Cobber now manages the construction department and acts as project executive on selected key projects. They include the Board of Child Care, Paca House, and the Annie E. Casey Foundation. Cobber is a member and ex-President of the Board of Directors of Community Housing Associates, a not-for-profit organization producing housing within residential communities for the mentally ill who have emerged from state mental institutions. Cobber also serves as a member of the Psychiatric Advisory Board for the First Cachement. He is currently an area board member of Preservation Maryland and the Patriots of Fort McHenry. Cobber graduated from Brown University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and History. |
