Clyde Rettig is currently Managing Director of Strategic Imperatives, a Wellesley, Massachusetts-based management consulting firm specializing in development of growth strategies for industrial, manufacturing, and high-tech companies. In his career, Clyde has served variously as a Director of Deloitte Consulting in Boston; Vice President of Corporate Value Associates, an international consultancy; a Vice President at Raytheon Ventures, Raytheon s corporate venturing arm; Founder and President of Softnet Incorporated, a nationwide electronic software distribution service (subsequently purchased by Western Digital and Phoenix Technologies); Director of New Ventures at Bendix Corporation; a Managing Director of new business development at American Can; and a Manager at Bain and Company in its early days. Clyde has an MBA from Harvard and holds bachelor s degrees in management science and economics from MIT. |
