Clyde has over thirty years of experience in the practice of public accounting. He has twelve years with large international firms and fifteen years managing and operating his own practice. His areas of expertise include auditing and tax planning in the areas of real estate, partnerships, entrepreneurships, and high-income individuals. He received his M.A. in Accounting from the University of Alabama in 1976. He worked for two international accounting firms before starting his own public accounting practice. His practice consists of clients that include individuals in a wide variety of situations and expertises as well as companies that specialize in real estate, service, software, oil and gas, and not-for-profits. He merged his firm with CF & Co. in January of 2008. Clyde is a member of the AICPA, and the TSCPA. In his spare time he enjoys bicycling and activities with his two children. |
