Representing VerticalPath at Puget Sound Naval station, Bangor Submarine Base, Ft. Lewis, McChord AFB and the US National Guard.
Clyde Drury III is a member of VerticalPath’s local staff. Clyde represents VerticalPath at the Navy’s Transition Assistance Programs (TAPs) at Bangor and the Puget Sound Naval Station, the McChord Air force Base TAP and the Ft. Lewis Army and Alumni Career Program (ACAP). Clyde makes presentations to groups of navy personnel who are transitioning from the military to the civilian world and he represents VerticalPath at military focused, local job fairs. In addition he recruits and screens military candidate (all services) for VerticalPath clients.
Clyde is a Service Disabled Veteran. He spent 26 years in the United States Air Force, retiring in August 2001 as an E-9 CMSgt. During his time on active duty Clyde spent eight years with the US Navy in covert operations, including three assignments in the Middle East.
Following his active duty service Clyde was employed by the Washington State Veterans Administration as a Veterans Representative and as a Disabled Veterans Outreach Program Counselor (DVOP) for WorkSource, a Western Washington Veterans Prison Representative and Director of the Tacoma Metropolitan Development Center.
Clyde has a BS in Psychology from the St. Martins University, a MS in Electrical Engineering from Pacific Lutheran University, and an AA in Aircraft Maintenance Technology. In addition he is a Certified Counselor and a Certified Radiologist. |
