Clyde A. Henintzelman has served as a director of our company since December 1998, and he also chairs the board's audit committee. Mr. Heintzelman serves as the chairman of the board of Optelecom, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed fiber optics component manufacturer, and served previously as its interim president and chief executive officer. Previously, he was president of Net2000 Communications, Inc., a CLEC provider of local, LD, and broadband-based business telecommunications services. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Heintzelman served as our president and chief executive officer. Before that, he served as chief operating officer and president of DIGEX Incorporated, a national internet services provider. Earlier in his career Mr. Heintzelman spent 28 years with Bell Atlantic and its predecessor companies. Mr. Heintzelman received a B.A. in marketing from the University of Delaware and did graduate work at Wharton, the University of Pittsburgh, and the University of Michigan. |
