Clive R. Taylor MD DPhil MRCP (Ir) FRCPath is a board certified Anatomic Pathologist who is currently Chairman and Professor Department of Pathology and Senior Associate Dean for Educational Affairs University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine Los Angeles California.
Dr. Taylor received his medical degree from the University of Cambridge Clinical Medical School England. He served internships in Medicine and Surgery at the Radcliffe Infirmary Oxford. He received his Doctoral degree in Immunology and Cancer Research from the University of Oxford. A "Traveling Fellowship" in Cancer Research was served at the University of Southern California.
His research interest is in immune response in Lymphomas and other tumors immunohistologic identification of tumors use of monoclonal antibodies for immunodiagnostics/radio-immuno-localization and radio immunotherapy and development of prognostic markers and cell cycle related markers for cancer. He is active in the International Academy of Pathology Society for Hematopathology American Society of Clinical Pathologists College of American Pathologists and Royal College of Pathologists. He has authored and co-authored numerous articles and books in the fields of immunohistochemistry cancer and lymphoma/leukemia research and education. He is the author of Immunomicroscopy: A Diagnostic Tool for the Surgical Pathologist. |
