Clinton W. Bybee has served as a Managing Director of ARCH Venture Partners since 1988. Mr. Bybee concentrates primarily in the areas of information technology and physical sciences, including advanced materials, optoelectronics, semiconductors, and infrastructure businesses. He has played key roles in ARCH’s founding round investments and early development of Nanosys, Cambrios Technologies, Xtera Communications, MicroOptical Devices (EMKR), Intelligent Reasoning Systems (PHTN), Impinj and InnovaLight. He is on the Board of Directors of Nanosys, Cambrios, and other private companies. Prior to joining ARCH he held a variety of positions with Amoco Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Engineering from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. |
