Clint Braun serves as our senior vice president of construction management and oversees project development, design, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, construction and reporting for the company. Mr. Braun joined ACC in February 2000 as director of construction management, was promoted to vice president of construction management in February 2002, and assumed the role of SVP in September 2006. During his tenure with us, he has supervised the successful completion of over 6,500 beds and $380 million in development costs, including three LEED qualified projects, on-time and within the approved budgets. Before joining ACC, Mr. Braun held various construction management positions with JPI (a private real estate developer) from 1996 to 2000. Mr. Braun received a B.S. in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. |
