Clint Baer, Managing Director of Mohr Partners in the Minneapolis, MN office, has 20 years of experience in real estate, development, project management, and facilities management. In addition to his real estate experience, Clint has worked as a marketing and fundraising consultant. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Clint managed real estate and facilities for higher education and hi-tech companies in the semi-conductor and telecommunications field including FSI International and ADC Telecommunications. During his tenure at ADC, Clint was responsible for developing a 10 million square foot portfolio worth $500M. He became responsible for the disposition of surplus manufacturing, office, and logistics facilities worldwide as markets changed. While serving on the mergers and acquisitions team at ADC, he was involved in integrating approximately 65 companies into the ADC corporate structure. This included the consolidation of manufacturing, sales, and corporate offices world-wide. Clint also spearheaded the development and implementation of a strategic business plan that established baseline performance standards, assessed stakeholder valuation, demonstrated value of services, and improved service delivery resulting in increased productivity and cost benefit. He managed consolidation and strategic studies in numerous locations worldwide for high-tech corporations. Prior to his work at ADC, Clint held a business development and sales position at Target Companies; this position involved marketing internal resources in construction, design, furniture systems and facilities support to Fortune 500 companies in the Twin Cities. Clint was involved in the rapid planning and development of state-of-the-art clean room manufacturing and laboratory facilities as well as meeting office and research facility requirements to meet rapid growth in semiconductor equipment markets during his tenure at FSI International. His work included winning the Best New Development Deal Industrial in 1996 from the Dallas Business Journal for a microlithography manufacturing and research facility in Allen, Texas. He is currently a managing partner for the Mohr Partners Minneapolis, MN office where he is responsible for client relationships, brokerage and real estate consulting. Clint graduated from Colby College with a BA degree in English. He also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota, as well as an MA in English from Indiana University. He is on the Board of Directors for the Midwest Chapter of Corenet Global, the leading association for corporate real estate executives and other firms associated in the corporate real estate field. |
