Mr. Lind has been a director since May 2000. As President and Chief Executive Officer, he leads the company's efforts to provide total technology solutions and revenue growth. He joined Multimedia Games in June 1997. From January 1997 until joining Multimedia Games, Mr. Lind was President of Celmark, Inc., an Austin, Texas-based company providing financial consulting services to start-up companies. From 1991 to 1993, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of KTD Industries, a high-tech manufacturing company. From 1994 until January 1997, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of KTD Industries. Mr. Lind began his business career in commercial lending and was Senior Vice President and Manager of Commercial Lending for Texas Commerce Bank in Austin. He received Bachelor of Finance and MBA degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. |
