Clifford DuPree has been Associate General Counsel of The Reader’s Digest Association, Inc. since 1992. He became a Vice President and Assistant Secretary of the Company in 1996 and became Corporate Secretary in 1998. He is responsible for all matters relating to the Company’s corporate governance, including matters relating to its Board of Directors and its stockholders. He also handles financing and securities law matters. Prior to joining the Company in 1992, DuPree served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Secretary of Terra Industries, Inc. From 1975 to 1983, he was associated with the New York law firm of Chadbourne & Parke. DuPree has a B.A. from Princeton University and a J.D. from Harvard University. He resides in New York City. |
