Cliff Neel consults directly with campuses on achieving enrollment and net revenue goals through strategic financial aid management. He offers 18 years of on-campus experience, specializing in net revenue and enrollment management, scholarships and recruitment, financial aid communication planning, and improving efficiency through technology.
Before coming to Noel-Levitz, Mr. Neel served as assistant vice president and director of academic scholarships and financial aid at Baylor University (TX). His efforts helped the university achieve a 21 percent increase in enrollment and a 26 point increase in mean SAT scores. Mr. Neel also helped implement a number of processes such as automated scholarship awarding and notification, an online freshman scholarship calculator, an early student aid estimator program, making personal financial aid counseling available at freshman orientation, and moving scholarship award notifications from early spring to early fall.
Previously at Baylor, Mr. Neel also served as director of information systems, grant program officer, and counselor in the Office of Academic Scholarships & Financial Aid.
