Clem has a general litigation background, but for the past 25 years has concentrated on labor and employment law. Specifically he focuses on employment law compliance and litigation, union-management issues, employee discipline and termination, employment discrimination, sexual/racial harassment, wage and hour compliance and litigation, government contractor obligations and employment contracts (including non-compete agreements). Clem serves as a mediator and arbitrator and is an active speaker and writer on employment law topics. He was an Adjunct Professor (Employment Discrimination) at Seattle University Law School from 2001-04.
